The firearm threat targeting John Stark High School, only twenty minutes from Goffstown High School, ended on Thursday February 16. Thankfully, the investigation ended with a fizzle, and not a pop. The task force working together, comprising of the Weare Police Dept., the NH State Police, and the FBI were able to identify the suspect who made threat on Monday night of that week. Police will not be releasing the name of the suspect, as he/she is a juvenile.

A post on the Weare Police Facebook page thanks the SAU and the faculty for helping bring the situation to a clean resolution. According to Weare Police, the charges pertaining to the suspect are pending.
