New Hampshire high school juniors and their parents seeking college admissions and financial aid planning information are encouraged to register for the 20th annual Destination College event, to be held at Plymouth State University Saturday, March 30 8:30 A.M-2.00pm. This free college planning convention, hosted by The NHHEAF Network Organizations, features a variety of workshops as well as a college fair with over 60 colleges and universities in attendance.

Sam Martel, a previous Goffstown high school graduate, participated in this event when he was a junior, “It was extremely helpful to compare different colleges and be able to learn more about all the financial aid,” he explains. “It was the event that lead me to want to attend Plymouth State.”

Destination College provides college-bound students with the necessary tools to begin their own customized college search process. As part of the day’s events, college access and financial aid professionals from across the state will share important college admissions and financial aid information in nearly 20 different workshops such as “The Paths to Choosing a Major”, “The right Stuff”, and “Paying for College”. If you are a Junoir in Highschool you can register for this free event at destinationcollege.org!

Mr.Webb a Goffstown High School Counselor says, “I hear a lot of good feedback from the students that attend the college convention, they all come back feeling more confident about their college choices.”
