New Hampshire is by far one of the greatest places to live. No, I’m not just saying that because I live here and have been here for most of my life. I’ve actually traveled to many places and experienced different lifestyles. New Hampshire is definitely the greatest. So many people talk negatively about New Hampshire and say how they can’t wait to leave. Little do they know that NH citizens have everything around them that they could possibly need.

New Hampshire is an hour away from the beach, an hour away from the White Mountains, and an hour away from one of the most amazing cities, Boston. We also see every season at its peak. Compared to some warmer places, winter for them is a low of 60 with no snow at all. In New Hampshire we see snow and lots of it. A beautiful winter wonderland. If you are into adventures, you will love New Hampshire. There’s anything from cliff jumping to mountain bike riding, to hiking, to ice skating, to relaxing days at the beach, lake, or something as simple as reading outside while looking at the amazing views anywhere you go. Nashua was voted one of the best cities to live in! There is an endless number of activities you can do in New Hampshire and I can promise you, you will never be bored.

One of the most beautiful times of the year in New Hampshire is Fall. According to Travel Leisure, “Not only is fall New Hampshire’s prime harvest season, it’s also the time of year where the foliage will blow your mind! You don’t want to miss your chance to be a leaf-peeper, especially at Lake Winnipesaukee. The colors are truly spectacular.” On the other hand, one downside of New Hampshire is the hazardous part of winter. Yes, it may be absolutely beautiful but it causes danger on the roads and highways. Inexperienced drivers have a tough time figuring out the tricks to driving in the snow. Even people who have lived in New Hampshire their entire life and have been through crazy snow storms still seem to have a tough time with the dangers of ice and snow itself. Snow days can be managed and shouldn’t be seen as a drawback. The biggest reason why accidents happen during snowy weather is because some NH citizens don’t have snow tires on yet or they are just driving a little too fast for that specific weather.

I have been to many different places around the world and New Hampshire is by far the greatest place to live. It’s hard to say New Hampshire sucks when you haven’t been anywhere else all your life and have no place to compare it to. New Hampshire is definitely worth giving a shot. I truly believe that if you are willing to go out and see this stunning state, you will think the way I do and appreciate its magnificence and beauty.
