Clouded Thoughts

Elisha Langevin, Staff Writer

Mind like a maze

Always in a daze,

Thoughts racing by,

Clouded like the sky.

Words and words for miles,

Thoughts that could kill smiles,

Memories as early as three,

Visions of what you see.

The mind is an amazing place

But it can be a crowded space,

Every mind is unique.

You’re the only one with access,

The only one who can take a peak.

Sometimes you go too far

And open a door that is never supposed to be ajar,

It’s too late to close the door

It’s too late not to remember anymore

The mind can do many things,

But oh so terrifying are the things it can bring.
