The culinary class is a popular elective, but if you have missed out on the class, you can still join the club!
The culinary club focuses on learning the skills of cooking, baking, and its preparation. The club was created for students who enjoy the culinary arts. The club itself meets every Monday from 2:45 to 4:00. In the club, you have a chance to make a variety of delicious foods depending on the season. For example, pies are for the fall and cookies are for the winter season.
Mr. Greenland, the teacher and supervisor for the club, summarizes its features, saying “The culinary club! From baking and broiling, from sauteing to simmering, the culinary club offers students a chance to explore the wonder of Family and Consumer Science into Culinary Arts”.
Members of the culinary club recommend joining. Kylie Labrecque states “It’s super fun. So far, we’ve made meatballs, bread, pizza, cookies, and chicken.” Noah Steffen says, “The club makes me want to take the class, and it’s better with friends.” Liam adds with “I’m never bored in this club.” Kayley Small agrees and says “Yes, I’m glad I joined it”.
